My husband decided to make dinner for me and oh was it great!!! A must try!!! Delish!!! Will be in your favorites!!! My kids loved it too!!! My 5 year old girl, my 3 year old girl and my 2 year old son! Ingredients:
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
6 tablespoons sausage |
6 slices bacon |
dusting creole seasoning |
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar |
1/8 cup worcestershire sauce |
1/8 cup sesame oil |
dusting kosher salt |
dusting black pepper |
6 teaspoons ranch dressing |
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F. 2. Butterfly each chicken breast. 3. Rub each chicken breast with ranch dressing, a teaspoon each. 4. rub garlic evenly on chicken. 5. Stuff chicken with 1 T sausage and 1 strip bacon cut in half laying next to each other. 6. Fold chicken back over and dust with kosher salt, black pepper, and creole seasoning. 7. On a baking sheet pour the balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and sesame oil. (Olive oil works great too). 8. Place chicken on pan. 9. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until chicken and meats stuffed inside are cooked through. 10. Move chicken to serving platter and pour remaining juices on chicken. 11. Let rest 10 minutes before cutting. 12. Enjoy! |
