Daddy's Delicious Baking Powder Drop Biscuits

This is a fast and easy no-yeast recipe. The biscuits come up very nicely!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425ยบ.
2. Combine all dry ingredients.
3. Blend in the warm butter.
4. Slowly add the milk to the mixture until the dough holds together.
5. Use two spoons to drop evenly sized biscuits on ungreased baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned.
