Never mind the name of the burger, this thing has big of flavor! It is simple to make and tastes delicious. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2 teaspoons weber canadian steak seasoning (ground) |
1/4 cup monterey-jack cheese (grated) |
1/4 onion, diced |
2 fresh jalapenos, diced |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
2 tablespoons tony cacherey's creole seasoning |
Directions:
1. In a small skillet on medium heat add Olive oil and diced jalapeños. 2. Sauté jalapeños unit they are tender (2-3 minutes or so). 3. Place ground beef in a mixing bowl along with the onion (use less if you like), cooked jalapeños, Weber's Canadian Steak Seasoning and grated cheese. 4. Mix Well 5. Form 3 hamburger patties by hand 6. Season each side of the meat with creole seasoning 7. Heat Grill and cook to desired doneness. |
