Invented by Stuart Cox, daddy stew is the perfect meal for 2 hungry children (and the daddy too) on a winters evening! Ingredients:
10 ml olive oil |
1 onion |
6 quorn sausages |
3 potatoes |
100 g penne pasta |
385 g baked beans |
100 g tiny peas |
5 g salt |
Directions:
1. Chop the onion, and fry with the sausages in the oil. 2. Once cool enough, slice sausages in to medium sized chunks. 3. Parboil your potatoes and pasta in slightly salted water. 4. Drain and cut potatoes into cubes. 5. Put all ingredients in a large pan and gently simmer until soft and edible. 6. Serve in a bowl, and enjoy your meal. |
