Another recipe from my mom's paper clipping collection. This was submitted by Tina Marsh. it has become my dad's favorite pie Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup corn syrup |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 cup pecans |
1 pie shell |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs slightly in a 2 qt bowl. 2. Stir in sugar, corn strup, and melted butter. 3. Stir in pecans. 4. Pour into unbaked pie shell. 5. Bake 35 min-40 min at 350 degrees. 6. Center may be soft but will become firm when cooled.6-8. |
