Ingredients:
4 to 6 plum tomatoes, diced |
1/4 cup diced onion |
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves |
1 tablespoon seeded and minced jalapeno |
1 tablespoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, fold the ingredients gently together until they are mixed. Let stand for 30 minutes and then serve. 2.
