3 cups elbow macaroni |
1 lb ground turkey |
14 ounces tomato sauce |
14 ounces diced tomatoes |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon parsley |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1 cup pre-shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Boil noodles according to box. 2. brown ground turkey. 3. combine diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and spices to ground turkey simmer for 20 minutes. 4. drain noodles and place in large pot. 5. pour in tomato and turkey mixture over noodles, stir well. 6. before serving top with shredded cheese. |
