This is a recipe that I created based on my mothers deviled egg recipe. I added a few other ingredients, that I feel gave it a little more flavor. Ingredients:
1 dozen hard-boiled egg |
4 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar |
1 teaspoon dry mustard |
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon celery salt |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Boil and peel cooled eggs. 2. Cut eggs length ways, and remove yolks, place yolks in bowl. 3. Add all ingredients. 4. Mash yolks and ingredients together until well blended. 5. Fill egg white halves with filling with a teaspoon. 6. Sprinkle with paprika. |
