Cypriot Cabbage Salad With Nuts And Raisins

This is my favourite salad. It has a fantastic taste and goes well with most food. The best part is that you can refrigerate it for 3 or 4 days and still tastes just as good.
Ingredients:
1/2 medium size cabbage
2 -3 stalks of celery
1 onion finely chopped
3/4 cup of walnuts cut in big pieces
2 spoonfuls of raisin
1 lemon zest and juice
1 small mayonnaise
2 spoonfuls of olive oil
1 spoonful of wine vinegar
1 small spoonful of mild mustard
salt, pepper, paprika
Directions:
1. Finely cut cabbage and add all other ingredients.
2. Salad dressing: After putting half the mayonnaise put in the jar the olive oil, the lemon, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and shake well. Pour over the salad. Mix well and sprinkle with papprika.
3. This salad can be preserved in refrigerator for 3 – 4 days as is just as good as the first day.
