Low Fat Scalloped potatoes Ingredients:
4 cups potatoes, sliced |
1 cup onion, diced |
1 1/2 cups skim milk |
2 tbsp flour |
2 tbsp margarine, low fat |
1/2 tsp paprika |
1 tsp salt |
1 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. In greased casserole layer potatoes, onion, flour, salt, pepper. Dot each layer with margarine. Heat milk and pour over top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes covered. Remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes or until thickened and potatoes are soft. |
