Pasta Dish with Fish and Cheese Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk |
1 tbsp light margarine |
1 tbsp flour |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 ground pepper |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup boiled egg noodles |
2 fish fillets, steamed (diced) |
1/2 cup frozen peas |
Directions:
1. Melt margarine on medium heat in sauce pan and stir in flour. Take off heat and add milk, salt & pepper. Keep stiring until thickened slightly and begins to boil. 2. Add cheese, peas. Heat for a few minutes until peas are tender. Add cooked pasta and diced up fish. 3. Ready to serve. |
