A light and fresh dessert for any meal, so very tasty!! Ingredients:
3 pears (cornice or bartlett) |
1/4 cup unsalted butter |
1/3 granulated sugar |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons vanilla extract |
3 large eggs |
3/4 cup milk |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
confectioners' sugar |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F Butter a 9-inch pie dish. 2. Peel, halve and core the pears; slice into 1/4-inch thickness lengthwise. Arrange slices, overlapping slightly in dish. 3. In a blender, process butter, sugar, flour, vanilla, egg, milk, salt until smooth. 4. Pour batter over pears; bake until golden and firm to touch, 40-45 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature, dusted with confectioners sugar. |
