While making custard sauce, I found the warm watery custard broth very tasty, and thought it might make a nice hot drink. Here's what I later put together: Ingredients:
1 tablespoon bird custard powder |
1 tablespoon sugar |
milk, to taste |
Directions:
1. In a mug, combine custard powder and sugar. 2. Add a few tablespoons of the milk until it becomes a paste. 3. Boil water, and add, topping off with milk to taste. 4. Let it stand for a few minutes, for thickness- you can also serve with a dollop of ice-cream on the top! |
