Curt's Three Alarm Pork Rub |

This dry rub has got a sneaky hot side to it..... Ingredients:
1/3 cup paprika |
2 cups turbinado sugar |
2 tablespoons onion powder |
3 tablespoons dry mustard |
2 tablespoons garlic powder |
2 tablespoons basil |
1 tablespoon black pepper |
1 tablespoon white pepper |
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together to form the rub. 2. Coat your ribs, tenderloin, etc, and let rub set for at least 3 hours, preferrably overnight. 3. Prepare ribs to your satisfaction (I put them in smoker for 3 hours at 200, and then finish on the grill with some Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, but that's just me -. 4. This rub has some kick. |
