This herbed slaw wonderfully combines sweet and savoury flavours. Ingredients:
1/2 cup green cabbage, grated |
1/4 cup carrot, grated |
1 tablespoon minced onion |
2 tablespoons water |
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar |
1 pinch oregano, ground |
1 pinch brown sugar |
1 pinch sea salt |
ground black pepper (to taste) |
Directions:
1. Combine cabbage, water, vinegar, and salt; soak for 15 minute. 2. Mix in remaining ingredients and serve chilled. 3. Enjoy! |
