Quick and easy post-induction sandwich substitute. I always miss sandwiches during induction - these give me something to look forward to. Ingredients:
1 low-carb flour tortillas, small (4g net carbs) |
1 tablespoon kraft mayonnaise |
2 ounces deli ham, sliced |
1 ounce provolone cheese, sliced |
6 -8 slices dill pickles, sandwich |
2 slices tomatoes, halved |
3 slices iceberg lettuce |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients - in your preferred order - onto the tortilla. 2. Salt and pepper to taste. 3. Roll tortilla up and enjoy! |
