Feel free to replace the mayo and yogurt with low or no fat versions. Enjoy. Ingredients:
2 teaspoons green onions, sliced thin |
1/4 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 cup carrot, grated |
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon mayonnaise |
1 cup plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon sugar |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 2. Seal and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. |
