My brother gave me this recipe years ago after attending a cooking course. It is simple and delicious. Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground turkey |
2 green onions, sliced |
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon ginger (or less to taste) |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
1/2 red bell pepper, finely minced |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
lettuce |
tomato |
mayonnaise |
wheat humburger bun |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and form into patties. Pan fry on each side until no longer pink. Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. |
