This recipe comes from a little book called ABC Jiffy Cookery. I've had it for over 50 years. I haven't tried any of the recipes yet. I'm putting them here so I can find them easier. Ingredients:
2 green apples |
2 small onions |
4 tablespoons sweet butter |
2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup |
2 (10 ounce) cans milk |
1 tablespoon sweet cream |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Mince apples and onions finely, and fry in sweet butter until golden brown. Combine chicken soup and milk and bring almost to a boil, add apples and onions, sweet cream and curry powder. |
