Curry Seafood Salad

Great for wraps, can be used as a dip, or side salad.
Ingredients:
2 cans of crab, imatation can be used.
1 cup of cooked/shelled chopped shrimp
2 celery sticks chopped
1 green onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tps curry powder
1 tsp hot sauce/ hot mustard (optional)
fresh chopped cliantro/ fresh dill weed to taste.
salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Drain any exess water from shrimp/ crab. Mix all ingredients together. Refridge 1 hour. Serve with crackers for a dip, add to wraps for quick lunches. Add to any pasta salad.
