Ingredients:
1 lb pork sausage
3/4 c chopped onion
1/2 pictachio nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
2 1/4 c water
2 tbs margarine
1 tbs fresh parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 c uncooked couscous
Directions:
1. COOK PORK, ONIONS, NUTS, CURRY POWDER AND GARLIC IN 10 SKILLET STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNITL PORK IS NO LONGER PINK: DRAIN. STIR IN WATER, MARGARINE, PARSLEY AND SALT; HEAT UNTIL IT BOILS. STIR IN COUSCOUS; REMOVE FROM HEAT. COVER LET STAND 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. FLUFF WITH FORK. SERVE IMMED.
