1 lb pork sausage |
3/4 c chopped onion |
1/2 pictachio nuts, chopped |
1/2 tsp curry powder |
1 clove garlic, minced |
2 1/4 c water |
2 tbs margarine |
1 tbs fresh parsley |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 1/2 c uncooked couscous |
Directions:
1. COOK PORK, ONIONS, NUTS, CURRY POWDER AND GARLIC IN 10 SKILLET STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNITL PORK IS NO LONGER PINK: DRAIN. STIR IN WATER, MARGARINE, PARSLEY AND SALT; HEAT UNTIL IT BOILS. STIR IN COUSCOUS; REMOVE FROM HEAT. COVER LET STAND 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL LIQUID IS ABSORBED. FLUFF WITH FORK. SERVE IMMED. |
