vegetables and curry rice makes a delicious recipe eaten with yogurt and cucumber Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice |
2 teaspoon curry |
1 teaspoon garam masala |
1 teaspoon turmeric powder |
1 tbsp ginger |
2 cups cauliflower |
1/2 cup red pepper |
1/2 cup green onion |
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 cup chicken stock |
1 cup water |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. cook spices in melted butter over medium heat. Add vegetables and rice and cook until well coated with spices. add chicken stock and water. bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium, then to low. Cook at low until done |
