Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
2 teaspoon curry
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tbsp ginger
2 cups cauliflower
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup green onion
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter
Directions:
1. cook spices in melted butter over medium heat. Add vegetables and rice and cook until well coated with spices. add chicken stock and water. bring to a boil. Lower heat to medium, then to low. Cook at low until done
