Delicious salad for a summer buffet or as side dish. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas (do not cook) |
1 1/2 cups cooked rice |
1 (8 ounce) can shrimp |
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1 tablespoon soya sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/2 teaspoon msg |
1/2 tablespoon white sugar |
Directions:
1. Mix salad ingredients together. 2. Shake all dressing ingredients together and combine with rice mixture. 3. Chill. |
