Ingredients:
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup chicken broth, fat-free
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ginger, ground
Directions:
1. sautee onion and garlic
2. steam brussel sprouts
3. add pumpkin, cream, and spices to onion mixture
4. allow to cook on low for 15 minutes
5. add brussels sprouts (optional)
6. allow to set, serve warm
