2 tablespoons coriander seeds |
1 tablespoon cumin seed |
1 tablespoon black peppercorns |
1 tablespoon cardamom seed (1 tsp for ground) |
4 teaspoons ground turmeric |
2 teaspoons chili flakes |
1 teaspoon fennel seed |
1/2 teaspoon whole cloves |
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds |
Directions:
1. Combine all WHOLE spices & toast gently in skillet over medium heat until fragrant. 2. Place spices into food processor or coffee grinder & grind until fine. 3. Add turmeric & mix to combine. |
