2 tablespoons butter or margarine |
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup chicken broth |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
2 teaspoons dijon mustard |
1 teaspoon curry powder |
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 minute. Whisk in milk and remaining ingredients, and cook, whisking constantly, 1 to 2 minutes or until thickened. |
