3 cups salted mixed nuts, about 3/4 lb |
1 teaspoon unsalted butter, melted |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
coarse salt |
Directions:
1. Combine nuts, butter and curry powder on high in the slow cooker. Stir 2. with spatula to coat evenly. 3. Cover and cook on high 15 minutes. Reduce heat to low. Cook, uncovered, 4. stirring occasionally, 1-1 1/2 hours. The nuts will become dry as they 5. roast. Adjust seasonings as needed. 6. Transfer nuts to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil. Let 7. nuts cool completely. |
