I was really hungry and there wasn't much food in the house besides a box of Japanese curry and potatoes. Ingredients:
100 g japanese mild curry paste |
2 -3 potatoes |
2 -2 1/2 cups water |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop up the potatoes. 2. Boil the potatoes until they are really soft. 3. Lower heat and drain. 4. Mash the potatoes. 5. Put the potatoes back in the pot along with 2 cups of water on low heat. 6. Add the curry roux and mix really, really well. |
