Ingredients:
1/4 cup canned no-salt-added chicken broth, undiluted |
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon safflower oil |
2 teaspoons sugar |
1 clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork, or fish (see chart, page 19), or stir into cooked rice or lentils. |
