Ingredients:
18 ounces corn chowder soup (can)
1 teespoon curry paste
1 chicken breast
olive oil
rice
Directions:
1. 1. cook rice and set aside.
2. 2. dice chicken breast and saute in olive oil, set aside.
3. 3. mix soup and curry paste in a sauce pan and bring to rapid boil, simmer for 10 minutes, stir frequently.
4. 4. ad chicken breast.
5. 5. serve over rice.
