Funky twist to traditional chips ! 'nough said Ingredients:
8 cups of vegetable oil |
2 tb spoons of madras curry |
2 tb spoons of curcuma |
4 big yukon gold potatoes |
Directions:
1. 1. Put the oil in a pan and add the curcuma and the curry. Light bring to boiling. 2. 2. When the oil starts to boil, remove it from the heat and filter it with a coffee filter. 3. 3. Wash the potatoes, peel them and make ultra thin slices using a mandoline or a really awesome ultra super dooper sharp knife. 4. 4. Rinse the potatoes and sponge them. 5. 5. Fry them in the oil at 330° WITHOUT BURNING THEM. Remove them from the pan and remove some liquids over them with a Scott Towel kinda thing. 6. 6. Salt them, enjoy them, rate and SUBSCRIBE ! |
