A mayo based chix salad with added curry powder and Major Greys Mango Chutney.
Ingredients:
2 -2 1/2 cups , shredded chix
1/2 c- 1c of real mayonnaise (or really what you prefer)
2 -3 tablespoons madras curry powder
1/2 cup of major greys mango chutney
1/2 of a small onion, diced small
1 stalk celery, diced small
crushed peanuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Add it all to a bowl and stir. Serve on bread.
