Yummy Chicken Salad! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
3/4 cup mayonnaise (i use light) |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
3/4 teaspoon curry powder |
4 cups chopped chicken, cooked (i use trader joes fresh grilled chicken) |
1/4 cup celery, slice |
1/3 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced |
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted |
green grape, cut in two |
Directions:
1. Combine 2 T juice drained from pineapple with mayo, mustard, curry, and salt - set aside. Mix chicken with remaining ingredients, add mayo mix and blend - . 2. If you're cooking your own chicken this will take longer. Otherwise it's very quick and easy. |
