2 cups chopped chicken |
1 cup milk |
2 tbsp flour |
2 tsp sugar |
3 tbsp curry powder |
1 cup diced potatoes |
1/2 cup onion |
1 cup carrots |
1/4 cups soy sauce |
1/4 cups tomato paste |
Directions:
1. Cook chicken, chop and set aside. 2. Saute carrots, potatoes onions with olive oil pam until soft. 3. Add chicken to vegetables. 4. Simmer milk, sugar, soy sauce, curry powder and tomato paste. addd flour to thicken. 5. Add chicken and vegetables and simmer. |
