This is something I came across in Germany, they call it Currywurst. I really don't care what you want to call it. It is good, quick and kids love it! Ingredients:
6 links bratwursts |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
4 ounces ketchup |
Directions:
1. Cook bratwurst-grill, boil or steam (your choice).
2. Mix curry and ketchup.
3. Slice bratwurst, combine with ketchup and curry.
4. Place in a roll of your choice (I prefer a semi-hard round roll).
