Chilled salad. Ingredients:
1 (354 g) can cooked chicken breasts, drained |
2 stalks celery, diced |
1 apple, diced |
1/4 cup chopped almonds |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, chill one hour. Serve on lettuce leaf or in sandwich or wrap. |
