Ingredients:
1 (354 g) can cooked chicken breasts, drained
2 stalks celery, diced
1 apple, diced
1/4 cup chopped almonds
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon curry powder
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, chill one hour. Serve on lettuce leaf or in sandwich or wrap.
