A broth combined with meat, veggies, curry and rice (optional). Ingredients:
1 cup cubed chicken |
3 (1/8 ounce) chicken broth |
2 cups cubed potatoes |
2 cups carrots |
1/2 cup green peas |
1/8 cup onion |
1 tablespoon curry (powedered) |
1/2 cup grated apple (or applesauce) |
1/2 cup milk, salt (optional) |
Directions:
1. In a skillet, with oil, cook chicken then add onions. 2. When finished, transfer to a a pot with chicken broth. 3. When warm add the potatoes and carrots. 4. Then add curry, let it boil. 5. Then add the green peas and milk. Let it boil. |
