Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
2 teaspoons curry powder |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce |
Directions:
1. GARNISH: finely chopped almonds or walnuts, optional. 2. In a bowl, combine ingredients, stirring well. 3. Spoon into serving bowl. 4. If possible allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving. 5. Garnish. 6. Serve with fresh vegetables or pita crisps. |
