If you can't find crisp, juicy Red Delicious apples, you may substitute Gala apples. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
2 medium red delicious apples, cored and cubed |
1/4 cup chopped celery |
2 tablespoons raisins |
2 tablespoons chopped toasted walnuts |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk. 2. Add apple and remaining 3 ingredients, tossing to coat. |
