This is a very different vegetable dip, one you will have to develop a taste for. Try it.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 chopped onion
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon apricot jam
3/4 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine oil and chopped onion in a frying pan, and cook until the onion is soft.
2. Then add the curry powder.
3. Let cool and then add the apricot jam and mayonnaise.
