This is a very different vegetable dip, one you will have to develop a taste for. Try it. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
1 chopped onion |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon apricot jam |
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
Directions:
1. Combine oil and chopped onion in a frying pan, and cook until the onion is soft. 2. Then add the curry powder. 3. Let cool and then add the apricot jam and mayonnaise. |
