                                                1/4 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt  |

                                                1 tablespoon olive oil  |  
                                                1 teaspoon curry powder  |  
                                                1 teaspoon honey  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon kosher salt  |

                                                5 cups loosely packed baby spinach  |  
                                                2 cups chopped cooked skinless turkey (light and dark meat)  |
