Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) whole milk yogurt
2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
4 teaspoon(s) lemon juice freshly squeezed
2 teaspoon(s) dried curry powder
2 teaspoon(s) shallot peeled and minced
2 teaspoon(s) ginger peeled and minced
2 cup(s) cooked turkey medium dice
1/2 cup(s) toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
1/4 cup(s) raisins
3 tablespoon(s) cilantro coarsely chopped
Directions:
1. Whisk together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, curry powder, shallot and ginger in a medium non reactive bowl until well combined.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well coated. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and serve.
