Ingredients:
285 g canned turkey, drained
2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
