kosher salt and black pepper |
2 cup(s) /¢ shredded roasted turkey or rotisserie chicken |
1/2 cup(s) halved grapes |
2 celery stalks, sliced |
1 scallion, sliced |
2 pita halves |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, curry powder, and ⅛ teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Mix in the turkey, grapes, celery, and scallion. Fill 2 pita halves with the salad just before serving. |
