Curried Tuna Stretcher Salad |

This is what I do when I have to make a couple cans of tuna feed a BUNCH of people. If you don't like curry- leave it out! It's still good. Ingredients:
2 cups celery, diced |
2 pickles, minced |
3 eggs, boiled and mashed |
3 tablespoons cheese, crumbles |
7 ounces tuna (water-packed, drained wt) |
3/8 cup mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
4 drops worcestershire sauce |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Dump it all together and stir. Nothing fancy, not pretty, but it tastes divine! This is great with spinach and bell peppers, onions, carrots, you name it. My son loves it on cinnamon raisin bread. |
