Ingredients:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon curry powder |
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder |
1 (6-ounce) can albacore tuna, drained |
1 small granny smith apple, chopped |
1 celery rib, chopped |
1/4 cup raisins |
2 tablespoons diced onion |
6 whole grain bread slices |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 4 ingredients. Stir in tuna and next 4 ingredients. Spread mixture on whole grain bread. |
