onion, curry powder, frozen squash, water or chicken broth, salt, olive oil, cumin, ginger powder cvt Ingredients:
36 g onion, chopped |
5/8 teaspoon olive oil |
3/8 teaspoon cumin |
3/8 teaspoon ginger powder |
5/8 teaspoon curry powder |
12 oz frozen butternut squash |
21 oz chicken broth |
1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste |
Directions:
1. In a medium soup pot, saute onion with spices in the olive oil until onion is soft, about 5 minutes. 2. Add defrosted squash to soup pot with the broth and salt. Simmer gently until heated through. |
