1 green capsicum (chopped) |
1 red skinned apple (chopped) |
1 small onion (chopped) |
2 tablespoons sultanas |
1/3 cup salad oil |
1/3 cup white vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 garlic clove (crushed) |
salt & pepper |
Directions:
1. Salad:. 2. 1 Cook rice via your favourite method. 3. 2 Mix all ingredients together and chill. 4. Dressing:. 5. 1 Mix ingredients together in a jar and shake well. Pour over salad ingredients. |
