It's really important to let the salad ingredients cool completely before adding the dressing.
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 green capsicum (chopped)
1 red skinned apple (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
2 tablespoons sultanas
1/3 cup salad oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 garlic clove (crushed)
salt & pepper
Directions:
