2 potatoes, cooked and cut into chunks |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 tablespoons curry powder |
2 green onions, chopped |
yogurt |
Directions:
1. Heat the oil and curry powder in a frypan over high heat. 2. Add the potatoes and toss until well-coated. 3. Cook 2-3 minutes, sprinkle with green onions and serve with yogurt. |
