365 Snacks, Hor D’Doeuvres and Appetizers Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup chopped scallion |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped olives |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
30 baguette, slices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, onions and curry. Mix until well blended. 3. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and top each with a generous tablespoon of olive mixture. 4. Bake until topping is puffed and golden, about 10 minutes. Serve warm. |
