Curried Olive Toasts

Ingredients:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped scallion
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped olives
1 tablespoon curry powder
30 baguette, slices
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. In a small bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, onions and curry. Mix until well blended.
3. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and top each with a generous tablespoon of olive mixture.
4. Bake until topping is puffed and golden, about 10 minutes. Serve warm.
